Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a leading name in the food industry, is currently seeking a committed Milling Assistant to join our team in Apapa, Lagos. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the efficient operation of our milling process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks to optimize mill performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) checks and oversee machine cleaning.
- Perform necessary maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Document process readings and prepare quality analysis reports.
- Uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards.
