Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Voice & Calling Specialist to design, deploy, and support enterprise voice solutions using Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, and session border controllers (SBCs). You will ensure high-quality PSTN connectivity and call management across our organization.
Responsibilities include configuring Teams Calling features (call queues, auto attendants), managing SBCs and SIP trunks, monitoring call quality, troubleshooting complex voice issues, and collaborating with network and security teams.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Teams voice or unified communications, experience with Direct Routing/SBCs, SIP, VoIP troubleshooting, Microsoft 365/PowerShell skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
