Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Food & Beverage II-B. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including but not limited to, ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets
