Requirements:

We are a company that is actively developing its educational programs and is looking for a methodologist who will work with us to create better online courses.

Our team needs professionals who:

• Go beyond standard solutions and prefer to think out of the box;
• Have a level of English at least Pre-Intermediate (B1);
• Have previously developed online courses;
• Have done copywriting and storytelling;
• Can structure and visualize information according to the principles of pedagogical design;
• Know how to use game practices and elements of gamification in the training courses;
• Can design course prototypes using Google Docs, Figma, or PowerPoint; can explain tasks to the video production department;
• Can create scripts for video recording classes;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update online courses, tests, surveys, and videos in SCORM and other formats;
• Make up the layout of materials from experts in the training content;
• Design training courses according to the rules of pedagogical design, instructional design;
