Job Description

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose: The unit focuses on efficiently onboarding and setting up institutions, merchants, and billers on the company’s payment channels without errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up institution and biller profiles on the payment platforms.
- Review merchant onboarding forms and contracts.
- Update fees on merchant accounts as per contracts.
- Ensure correct MCC assignments for each merchant.
- Liaise with product and engineering teams for technical issues.
- Provide technical support to merchants during integration.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least three years of experience in a fintech environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
