Job Description
We are seeking a Merchant Partnerships Executive to establish and grow strategic merchant relationships, lead acquisition, and manage onboarding and retention. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial terms, designing joint promotions, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations to optimize the merchant experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in partnerships or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with CRM and Excel. You must be proactive, organized, customer-focused, and capable of meeting targets while scaling partner programs.
