Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandizer to join our team. The Merchandizer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective merchandising plans to enhance product placement and presentation in retail stores
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock movement to ensure product availability
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in merchandising or retail is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
