Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining attractive displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store layout.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display merchandise to optimize visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with sales staff to enhance product visibility and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the merchandising area.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and product recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
