Job Description
We seek an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from design through commissioning. The role requires oversight of schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards while managing design coordination, procurement, site execution, technical issue resolution, and change orders.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 8+ years in MEP projects with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD and MS Project; strong budgeting and contract-management capabilities.
- Attributes: Excellent communication, decisive leadership, and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
