Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive monitoring and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of our programs.
Key responsibilities include the design of data collection instruments, thorough analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, and the preparation of insightful reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the MEL Manager will provide training to staff on best practices in monitoring and evaluation.
The ideal applicant should possess a solid background in MEL frameworks, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis software. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
