Job Description
A leading pharmaceutical company, Tyonex Nigeria Limited, is seeking competent Medical Sales Representatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.
- Achieving volume and margin growth for the region within the designated period (quarter).
- Supervising, leading, and managing the sales team members to achieve their objectives.
- Developing and managing channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
- Detailing to doctors, pharmacists, etc., to support sales.
Requirements:
- BSc in Pharmacy or related sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
