Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a full-time Medical Sales Manager to lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and drive growth of medical products across assigned territories. Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives; establish and execute territory strategies.
- Develop and expand business with hospitals, clinics, and physicians; prepare presentations, forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor market and competitor trends; collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (Master’s preferred); minimum 3 years in medical sales with managerial experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; strong data-analysis ability; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
