Job Description
LandWey Investment Limited seeks a full-time Mechanical Engineer for a Sangotedo project. Applicants must have 2–4 years of relevant experience; candidates based within the Lekki–Ajah axis are strongly preferred. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
- Support mechanical design reviews and project planning.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and water and fire protection systems.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and enforce on-site safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and contractors and prepare progress reports.
- Requirement: BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering and solid knowledge of building mechanical systems.
