Job Description
Debour Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare plans, detailed specifications, and cost estimates of MEP systems.
- Review plans and manage project scopes and changes.
- Lead project planning, supervision, and implementation.
- Analyze mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Motivate team members to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Collaborate with consultants, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed project plans and estimates.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct training.
- Attend strategy meetings and provide progress reports.
