Job Description
As a Material and Procurement Coordinator at Swift Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials for our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inventory levels, ensuring an adequate supply of materials, and coordinating with suppliers to meet production needs.
- Conducting market research to identify potential new suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather material requirements, create purchase orders, and monitor the progress of deliveries.
- Monitoring and analyzing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to procurement and materials management.
