Job Description
SENCE Limited is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Team Leader to drive growth and improve efficiency within our agribusiness marketplace in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, building strong relationships with both farmers and buyers, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the impact of our platform.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, fostering relationships throughout the agriculture value chain, and leading a dedicated team. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience.
