Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience and a strong background in digital, social, and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Devise and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate projects and strengthen brand positioning.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring engaging content and effective community management.
- Traditional Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, including print materials, events, and collaborations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, sales, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with traditional marketing methods, including print, events, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
