Job Description
1. Corporate Marketing:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract corporate clients to Euracare Hospital.
– Identify potential corporate partners and engage in business development activities to establish partnerships.
– Create customized healthcare packages for corporate clients, including health screening and wellness programs.
2. HMO Marketing and Liaison:
– Collaborate with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) to ensure smooth business relationships.
– Maintain strong relationships with HMO representatives and negotiate favorable terms for hospital services.
– Expand the hospital’s HMO network.
3. Health Talks and Workshops:
– Organize and conduct health talks, seminars, and workshops for corporate clients and the community.
– Collaborate with medical professionals to provide informative and engaging healthcare presentations.
4. Relationship Management:
– Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, and community leaders.
– Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
5. Medical Outreach:
– Plan and execute medical outreach programs in partnership with local organizations and community groups.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
– Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
