BKT Cribs combines modern serviced apartments with boutique-hotel service to create a welcoming “home away from home.” We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns, content, analytics, PR, and partnerships that drive brand awareness and direct bookings.

• Manage multi-channel digital advertising and social media; maintain a content calendar.
• Produce compelling copy and oversee photo/video assets; ensure SEO-optimized website content.
• Analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, social insights) and optimize CPA and ROAS.
• Develop local partnerships, press materials, and promotional events.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, 2+ years’ experience (hospitality preferred), strong communication; design/video skills a plus.
