Job Description
Growth Boosters seeks a driven Marketing & Customer Acquisition Executive to source, market, assess, and manage SME and micro-business lending opportunities in Ibadan. Responsibilities include field-based business development and outreach, building relationships with traders and associations, maintaining a lending pipeline, conducting KYC, credit appraisals, cashflow analysis, loan structuring, monitoring, and recovery. Requirements: 4+ years in credit, SME finance, or microfinance; strong credit judgment, negotiation, and relationship skills; HND in Business/Banking & Finance/Accounting/Economics or related; familiarity with Ibadan markets preferred.
