Job Description
Wehire seeks a seasoned Marketing & Sales Leader to own the full customer funnel—awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention. You will plan and execute online and offline campaigns and product launches, oversee digital advertising with the Social Media Manager, conduct market research, build strategic partnerships, define and track KPIs, and provide monthly performance reports.
- Requirements: 3+ years in marketing & sales; hands-on Meta and Google Ads; analytics and CRM proficiency.
- Proven growth experience in fashion, agriculture, or technology; strong negotiation and closing skills; KPI design and startup budgeting experience.
- Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
