Job Description
As a Marketing and Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will lead a team of marketing and sales professionals, overseeing their activities and ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
You will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor analysis to develop differentiating strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with product development teams to understand new product offerings, and creating marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of these products to target customers.
Your expertise in sales management will be crucial in driving revenue growth. You will be creating and implementing sales plans, setting sales quotas and targets, and monitoring the performance of your team against those targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and business partners.
