Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing and Lead Conversion Executive based in Abuja (office only). Primary objective: source, qualify, and submit complete real estate listings and directory profiles to our platform.

• Responsibilities: research prospects online, contact by phone/WhatsApp/email and in person, present front-page exposure and verified-badge benefits, nurture leads to conversion, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Requirements: resident of Abuja, strong internet and digital research skills, clear spoken and written communication, sales and marketing knowledge, organized and results-driven.
• Team & compensation: up to three hires focused solely on leads and marketing; salary starting at ₦150,00/month. No remote work; applicants must be located in Abuja.
