Job Description
EMEA Talents Consortium is on the lookout for dynamic and results-oriented Marketers to join a prestigious real estate firm based in Abuja. This full-time role is perfect for professionals who are skilled in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for properties and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative marketing plans.
- Generate leads and facilitate property sales.
- Build and maintain strong online presence and client relationships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
Requirements: A BSc in Marketing or a related field, a proven sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and social media marketing are essential.
Compensation: ₦100,00 monthly plus a 7.5% commission for every property sold.
