Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales achievement across Aiico Life and general Retail Products.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales strategies to maximize profit potential.
- Generate leads, prepare sales reports, and explore new markets for sales.
- Build and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
