Job Description
Oris Consulting is on the lookout for a driven Market Development Manager to become part of our dynamic team. This pivotal role is essential for boosting sales performance and increasing brand visibility across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales objectives while ensuring comprehensive brand coverage.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance metrics.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to the sales team.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate financial reconciliations with distributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- Excellent quantitative and communication skills.
- Proficiency in mobile applications.
