Job Description
The Maritime Institute is currently hiring for the position of Maritime Institute Director. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team and lead the institute towards success. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the growth and success of the institute
- Manage the institute’s budget and resources effectively
- Coordinate and collaborate with industry partners to establish partnerships and ensure the relevance of the institute’s programs
- Supervise and support faculty and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee student recruitment and admissions process
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards
