Job Description
RareVirtue Consulting is currently seeking a full-time Managing Director to be based in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include formulating business strategies, managing financial budgets, leading diverse teams, and fostering strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, demonstrate proficiency in operations management, and exhibit outstanding communication abilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; a master’s degree is highly preferred.
