Job Description

We seek a Managing Director, Investment Strategy to define our firm’s investment direction and construct high-performing multi-asset portfolios. You will develop macro and asset-allocation frameworks, oversee research and portfolio construction, set risk limits, and work closely with portfolio managers and clients to generate consistent alpha.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring analysts, implementing governance and best practices, and presenting strategy to senior stakeholders. The role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to shape firm-wide investment outcomes.

  • Minimum 12 years in institutional investing
  • Proven multi-asset strategy track record
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or CFA)
