Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead our financial institution, ensuring strategic direction, operational oversight, and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the executive team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieve organizational performance targets.
Key responsibilities include setting a strategic vision, developing business plans, overseeing risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing human resources. The position requires a strong background in financial operations and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred. Relevant professional certifications are also necessary.
