Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Educational/Admissions Counselling to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the educational and admissions counselling department.
As the Manager, you will develop and implement educational counselling programs and services to ensure the academic success and satisfaction of our students. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various educational institutions and providing guidance to students in their college and career choices.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the Educational/Admissions Counselling department and ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement educational counselling programs and services
- Provide guidance to students in their college and career choices
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in educational counseling and admissions in an institution. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
