We are seeking a Manager, Relationship Management to lead client relations, grow strategic accounts, and ensure exceptional satisfaction. This role develops relationship strategies, manages key client portfolios, drives cross‑sell initiatives, resolves escalations, collaborates with sales and product teams, and mentors staff to elevate performance.

• Qualifications: 5+ years in client or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, proven track record in revenue growth, and ability to analyze client needs.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Leadership, problem‑solving, CRM proficiency, and a customer‑centric mindset are required.
