Job Description

StreSERT Integrated Limited is currently seeking a Manager for People, Culture, and Operations to become a vital part of our Lagos team. This full-time role requires a transformative leader committed to fostering a values-driven and inclusive workplace while managing human resources, organizational culture, and daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include leading talent acquisition strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring HR compliance, and driving diversity initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA/MSc and possess 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.
