Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outsourced Workforce Management: Oversee and manage all HR functions related to outsourced employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure all outsourced workforce operations comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve the productivity of outsourced employees.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on workforce performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in managing outsourced workforces.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
