Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outsourced Workforce Management: Oversee and manage all HR functions related to outsourced employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all outsourced workforce operations comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve the productivity of outsourced employees.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that meet their expectations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on workforce performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in managing outsourced workforces.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
