Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our IP Security Operations in the Network NG department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of IP security protocols across our organization’s network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of security analysts to ensure the effective monitoring and response to security threats.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our network security infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to constantly improve network security measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP security operations.
- In-depth knowledge of IP security protocols, such as IPsec and VPN.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
