Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as the Manager of Internal Audit & Fraud Management. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our company’s financial operations align with best practices and comply with regulatory standards.
As the Manager of Internal Audit & Fraud Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing risk-based audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify potential areas of fraud, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will lead a team of auditors, oversee audit activities, and ensure timely completion of audit reports.
Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in internal audit, fraud investigation, or a related field. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of auditing principles and techniques, and the ability to effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders. Experience in overseeing fraud prevention programs and managing fraud risks is also preferred.
