Job Description

We seek an experienced Culture and Change Lead to drive initiatives across Nigeria and West Africa. You will manage end-to-end client engagements, conduct organizational culture diagnostics, apply change management to embed desired behaviors, mentor teams, and advise on strategy, design, and implementation.

• 7–10 years’ experience in HR, culture/change, or transformation; bachelor’s in Business, HRM, Economics, or Social Sciences required.
• MBA or certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) preferred; consulting experience advantageous.
• Proven analytical ability, stakeholder management, strong communication, and project leadership skills.
