Job Description
Banex Industries Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Mall Admin Manager for a full-time position based in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring proper maintenance of facilities. Key responsibilities include budget management, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Exceptional interpersonal skills and prior experience in operations or facilities management are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a First Class or Distinction. Experience in real estate or property management will be considered an asset.
