Job Description
The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Responsibilities include creating and prioritizing work orders, scheduling technicians and contractors, tracking spare parts, and maintaining the CMMS. You will develop maintenance schedules, estimate labor and materials, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Preferred qualifications include a technical diploma or associate degree, basic mechanical or electrical knowledge, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with maintenance software. Attention to detail, clear communication, and entry-level maintenance or production experience are advantageous.
