Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a modern hotel chain with locations in Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team in Jabi, Abuja (FCT). This role involves inspecting the premises to identify repair needs, performing minor repairs such as painting, plumbing, and landscaping, and managing external contractors for maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keep accurate records of maintenance activities, and maintain general grounds upkeep.
