Job Description

Terraform Restaurant and Bar seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee facility and equipment maintenance. You will lead preventive and corrective programs for HVAC, air conditioning, generators, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and general upkeep; respond promptly to guest and staff requests; supervise in-house maintenance personnel and external vendors; and direct troubleshooting, repairs, root-cause analysis, and cost-optimization initiatives. Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and report major incidents to senior management.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 3–5 years’ maintenance management experience (hospitality or beverage/manufacturing preferred); proven hands-on leadership; excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Job type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
