Job Description
- Maintenance and supervision of company machines and utility
- Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by actively working with the team of maintenance technicians
- Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations
- Keeping and following up with spare parts inventory
- Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
- Monitor and work with subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
- Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
- Preventive Maintenance on Equipment
Skills
- Broad technical knowledge

- General certifications for maintenance staff members
- Facility and property maintenance certifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in hospitality/food and beverage/FMCG is compulsory
- Salary – N90,00 – N150,00 gross monthly (Tax and Employee Pension deductible)
