Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Maintenance Engineer. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing necessary repairs. Additionally, you will collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance programs, train and supervise maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and team management skills will also be essential.
