Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lounge Supervisor. As a Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounge area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising lounge staff, providing guidance, and ensuring they adhere to company policies
- Managing lounge inventory, including stock control and replenishment
- Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any concerns promptly
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the lounge area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus
