Job Description
BashleeNG is seeking a responsible Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan lounge. This full-time position offers ₦100,00 per month. You will supervise and coach staff, maintain service standards and ambiance, manage inventory and daily reports, enforce policies, and address guest concerns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements: prior hospitality supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, sound problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Minimum SSCE required; OND/HND is an advantage.
