Job Description
Kenex Konsults International is on the lookout for a seasoned Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale lounge located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing a dedicated team, and driving business growth within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities: Lead staff operations, uphold exceptional service standards, manage inventory, strategize marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and effectively address customer complaints.
Qualifications: A B.Sc./HND in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or lounge management.
