Job Description

Elevated HR Limited is seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards. The successful candidate will lead and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff; manage scheduling, training, performance evaluations, inventory and liquor controls; maintain cleanliness and safety protocols; handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally; and support promotions, menu planning, documentation, and financial monitoring. Prior lounge management experience is required. Salary: N200,00 per month. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational aptitude, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
