Job Description
OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED, a vibrant restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Lounge Hostess to enhance our team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and seating them while ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. The ability to stand for extended periods in a busy atmosphere is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
- Provide menus and assist with inquiries.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any complaints promptly.
- Handle phone reservations and maintain menu knowledge.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Prior restaurant experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦130,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 monthly
