Job Description
The Lounge Admin Officer role is a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and excellent customer service in our lounge. Tasks include managing guest inquiries, overseeing lounge cleanliness, and assisting in event coordination.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, including Corpers, who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Must have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment, scheduling staff shifts, and resolving guest issues. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
