Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics/Warehouse Officer with import experience to join our team. As a Logistics/Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the import process, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import process, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and all import regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate records and efficient storage and distribution of products.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Evaluate and improve logistics procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with specific experience in imports.
• Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
